Have you ever heard of Glastonbury, Somerset UK? Glastonbury is said to be the heart chakra of the planet and is the destination of many a spiritual quest. It is also said to be the mystical Isle of Avalon and the burial place of the legendary King Arthur. I developed a quick interest in the town when Mark Ellis, Presenter of the Year at Glastonbury Radio, first featured my music on his show "Roots & Branches".
Mark Ellis plays an eclectic mix of music for the open minded music lover. He appreciates music the mainstream American radio hosts won't play (because they are not presented by cookie-cutter artists singing "approved programming" that serves the interests of mega-medial giants and status quo - my words). Needless to say, I love Mark Ellis and Glastonbury Radio.
In his next show, Mark will be looking at the life and music of "Fairport Convention" and also playing my latest release "Fiat Greed", an international collaboration with awesome musician and guitarist Rich (IOD!NE) Ramsey.
